Large house on Costa da Lisboa.

45 minutes from Lisbon. Just outside Barril – 10 km from Ericeira, an attractive seaside town. 2.5 km from beautiful beach.

* The house: Very spacious living room with open fireplace. Large modern kitchen with full facilities. 3 bedrooms, one with own fireplace. 2 inside (internal) luxurious bathrooms, one connecting the main bedroom to the smaller bedroom, and 1 outside (external). Large patio’s, one partially roofed and with fixed barbecue (fully equipped). Extensive garden, with fruit trees and lovely view. Internet.

Setting

Just 3 kilometers from Calada beach, a beautiful small bay with one beach cafe/restaurant.
5 minutes by bicycle from barril, where you have a newly modernised supermarket, bank, filling station and several other shops, plus a number of small restaurants
