New apartment fully equipped,it is situated in a luxury state Vera
Garden, apartment with beachfront and with direct and private beach access.
Large gardens with two swimming-pool, children's park and two padel courts.
Security guard 24 hours and gardener.
Garage included, direct apartments access with elevator. Apartment is situated in second floor(this floor is the highest), private terrace with wonderful beachfront and Sierra Cabrera. Air conditioning cold/heat.
Availability: 4 golf courses in only 5 kilometres, pleasure harbour and fishing harbour in 1500 metres, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and big shopping center. Skin-diving schools, sail, fly school,riding club, golf, padel, all this in this area, water park in 50 metres.

It was a wonderful vacation in Spain. Wonderful place to spend some days in the south of Spain. In my opinion it is the best place that i have ever been. The apartment is very new and very good furnished, with a lot of nice facilities, very nice garden for the children and swimming pool,next to the sea; in fact it likes that you are on the beach. I am sure that i am going to go back as soon as possible.
Also i would like to say that the owners are really kind and really nice people.

This apartment was exactly what it said, a lovely quiet apartment right on the beach, well furnished and laid out. We loved it and will be back again
