A new chalet situated in Costa de Pontevedra, in the Galician rias. In Bueu, lost in the middle of the coastal scenery of the Pontevedra ria, we discover Casa Nueva, which was totally renovated in June-06. Set in the heart of this beautiful fishing village. Its location, just a few kilometres from Pontevedra, Vigo, Santiago, Portugal, and with Sanxenxo directly opposite overlooking the north, enabling you to enjoy the main tourist, gastronomy and cultural attractions of Galicia without having to travel very far at all.

Boat trips, a golf course and all kinds of leisure activities are on offer in the surrounding area, providing you with a very complete offer for an unforgettable holiday.

The house is divided up into 2 floors:

-Ground floor: Entrance hall with the stairs leading up to the first floor, a complete bathroom, kitchen dining room, twin room and lounge.

-Top floor: Corridor-lounge with a sofa-bed, twin room, a double room and a complete bathroom.

Outside there is a 1.40 m diameter round table under the small roof and next to a sheltered barbecue. The 2000 m2 garden offers spectacular panoramic views of the Bueu, Beluso and Pontevedra bays.

Form of payment: 20% of the total amount when booking. The remaining 80% is to be paid when occupying the house.

When you occupy the house, we request a 200 EUR security deposit which will be returned at the end of the stay.
