This very pleasant house located at the end of a cul-de-sac is surrounded by a very prettey private garden and has a kidney shaped pool (approx. 4 x 8 m) with slide.
There is a new large terrace with grill and outdoor shower and a large roof terrace as well as a roofed-over terrace.

Inside there is living room with fire place and TV, dining room, kitchen (with washing machine), 4 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 3 with 2 beds each) and 2 new nice bathrooms.
