Sunny apartment triplex located in Nova Santa Ponsa, with wonderfull views to the sea and the communitarian complex with bigs and calm swimming pools on the cliff and views to the nautic sport, near the golf courses and the beach.
Habitable surface of approx 110 m2, 2 dormitories with bath in suite, 1 quarter for guests, dining with terrace, equipped kitchen, central heating, satelit TV, very calm communitarian swimming pool and garden. It is rented furnished.
