The lovely apartment “Mailindo”

This apartment, named “Mailindo”, new, is at about 500m from Ferragudo main square, and at about 1500m of the beach Praia Grande. This apartment, fully equipped, is set in building of four apartments, small and charming.

- New – 4 years.
- Bathroom with hydro massage.
- Air conditioned;
- Living room with DVD, Satellite, and double sofa- bed;
- Kitchen fully equipped;
- Private esplanade, with teak furniture, and a protective telescopic awning;
- Common pool with four sun beds, and large umbrella, exclusive for the apartment;
- Children's playground at the mains square.
- On the back of the building we can find a farm, with horses, donkeys, ducks and sheep’s.
- Maximum capacity - 6 persons.

- 1 twin bed with a mirrored closet.
- In the saloon you have a double sofa-bed available.
- This gives room for up to 6 persons.
- Cot available – free.

- Kitchen: Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer. You will also find a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, other cooking utensils.

- The apartment is suitable for elderly or infirm (just one to climb). Pool is not suitable. Has no shower, only bathtub.
