* To confirm your reservation we request a 30% deposit, reservation is only confirmed after the reception of the deposit. The deposit is not refundable you do however in case of any problem or cancellation can receive a Credit Voucher to be used during the period of one year starting from the reservation date.

*We have long stay winter prices for 1 to 5 months between the 15 of September to the 30 of March for more information contact us.
* During a stay of 7 nights there is a general cleaning in the middle of the week with linen changes.

* Check in Time: 5:00 pm Check-out 11:00am.

* The latest we check in is 11:00 for an alternative arrangement please contact us.

* New years Reservation - 200 euro damage deposit payable on arrival.

* Arrival departures on Saturdays - Flexibel (Friday or Sunday)as per availability.

* Between 1/6 to the 15/09 we only accept stays for more than 7 days. In case there are availibilities we accept weekend stays all year round.

* Extra bed % per person.
