Sauna, jacuzzi, chill out, two tvs. Full aircon & heating, 3 fireplaces, 240 sqmts built. 180sqmts terraces, 700squmt gardens. SIX bedrooms , four doubles and two triples, option to a seventh bedroom, The property is well prepared for 14 to 16 guests. 6 surf boards, 2 body boards, kayak, Ping Pong área, two barbecue áreas, gas and coal, mini golf in the roof solárium. WIFI internet, 2 tvs, 2 dvds, profesional sound system, and all the kitchen appliances you may need, including two fridges for big groups, mixer blender, juicer, microwave, hot dog machine, toaster, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine etc etc...
Setting
Probably the best location in La Manga, very quiet, no traffic noise at all, just the waves and the sound of the wind. Lots of shops, bars and supermarkets walking distance. Perfect for the Discerning English Customer. All clients satisfied, many of them return every year.

Diving, surfing, jet-skiing, walking, kayaking, cycling, Mountain Bikint....all beach sports in general, surf instructors available at the beach in front of the house.
