The owner´s comments
We offer two flats, that each have a separate entrance and garden (separated by a thick row of trees). Roofed over terrace, garden shower. A nice foot path leads to the lovely beach of La Franca.
You enter the combined living/dining room from the terrace, also has bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed and single bed). Washing machine available.
Each part of the house is rented separately.

Good potential with some care de

This house has great potential. Unfortunately our experience was not what we expected as the house was filthy and smelled badly after being closed for the winter. The paint on the inside walls of the house were peeling off and they were dirty with marks of all sorts including dead insects and cobwebs. Mice were also present in the kitchen.
The parking strip should not be used unless the vegetation is trimmed off, as you risk your life everytime you pull off with the car.
The owner was pleasant and he was quick to return our cleaning fee after we dedicated a couple of hours of our first day to dust, sweep, mop and get rid of cobwebs.
This house would improve greatly with a coat of fresh paint inside and some cleaning before guests arrive.The owner should also get rid of mice.

Nos gustaría saber quién escribió esta crítica y durante qué fechas estuvo el cliente en la casa... Estas casas las alquilamos desde más de 12 años y la limpieza y el cuidado fueron siempre elogiados por todos nuestros clientes. Realmente no entendemos lo que pudo pasar con este alquiler y para poder confrontar a los dueños con la crítica necesitaríamos saber a cuál reserva se refiere.
