The Apartment is located in the old quarter of Principe Real, close to Praça das Flores, surrounded by buildings of 18th/19th Century all rebuilt in a way to keep untouched the ancient structure. Praça das Flores is located 100m away from the apartment and here you will find some of the best terraces in Lisbon. The botanical garden is located a few meters away from the apartment. The building is totally new inside, the materials are modern and very comfortable (wood floor, portuguese tiles, old ceilings). The brand-new apartment, very charming, is 100m2 and includes 2 big bathrooms, one kitchen with dining room, one living room with an extra bed for 2 and two bedrooms with a double bed. There is wonderful garden (50m2) were you can have breakfast or any other meal, take a sun bath and rest after visiting Lisbon. Television, cd and dvd player, wireless internet and heating.

An ideally situated apartment, very tastefully decorated. A perfect pied a terre for a couple looking to enjoy the delights of Lisbon. All sites of interest are within easy walking distance. Would certainly use the apartment again when next in Lisbon. The owner, Snr. Rui Costa, was most charming and helpful.

We were delighted during our stay in this apartment. It is very cozy, with contemporary furniture and a touch of antiques, with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the Luis de Camoes Square. The apartment is well equipped if you want to cook but you don’t really need to since there are loads of restaurants to go in the area. The location is great, close to Bairro Alto neighborhood (less than 5mins walk) with plenty of bars and restaurants and situated in the neighborhood of Chiado itself, at 5 mins walk from the shopping district of Lisbon. The underground is close to the apartment (150m.) but you don’t really need to take it much since the apartment is very central. I do recommend this apartment to everybody who wants to spend a lovely stay in Lisbon. I do deeply recommend to everybody to visit also Sintra and Costa Caparica, more than 10km of fine sandy beach just at the other side of the 25 of April Bridge. Before I finish, I have to say that the Landlord, Mr. Gomes Costa, was very friendly and helpful with us. The day we arrived he was with us for 30 minutes explaining things to us and giving us helpful tips about Lisbon and the Lisbon Region. He was also of assistance explaining me things the days before my departure towards Lisbon. Thank you so much for everything.

We have spent one week in this wonderful apartment right in the center of Historic Lisbon. It is easy to reach from the airport by public transport or taxi. We found it very nice furnished and decorated. It’s a quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Finding all shops and restaurants for daily needs within some minutes walking is easy. All sites of interest are simply accessible from here. A five day pass gives you access to the inner city’s entire tram, metro and bus network. We are very happy to learn to know about Lisbon. For photography enthusiasts like us the city is a paradise.
