This new apartment complex is situated 350 metres to the Sandy beach of Javea. There is a marina for a small day boat or jet ski within metres of the apartment. Large pool with children’s area. Located next to the Tennis Club. In this privately owned complex we only rent out the best apartments: 2ºfloor and ground floor (with 2 bedrooms). It is also a great opportunity to come with 2 families: we have two ground floor apartments next to each other. Luxury is the keyword for your stay in one of our apartments as each apartment has the following facilities: -Fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator/freezer, dish-washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine. Washing machine. Two full bathrooms. Bed linen and Towels (please bring your own beach towels). Private parking space (complex has remote controllable gates). Close to all amenities, this apartment has all you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The sea, sand and night life awaits you. A fully equipped modern fitted kitchen and bathroom with a shower over the bath. Freestanding fans in the lounge and bedrooms and gas central heating for the cooler months. Security main door. No pets allowed.
