The independent apartment is set in a private borgo (village) within of a private and exclusive 300 hectares property in the most beautiful and peaceful country side at 4 km from spoleto .
The apartment is on two levels with panoramic terrace covered by pergola and garden.
On the first floor: entrance from the terrace, large living room with fireplace and satellite tv,
kitchen fully equipped with dining table for 6 people and dishwasher, one bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine.
On the second floor on the tower: bedroom with canopy double bed, equipped with a sink.
Total sleeps 6.
Size of apartment: 100 sqm., terrace 40 sqm. Shared garden.
Heating not included, at request.
Linen included, weekly change.
Wifi in common area.
Mountain bikes available for free.
Not pets admitted;
smoking is not allowed indoor
