The owner´s comments
Detached hause from 100 meters to the beach, with 200 sq. mtr. private garden and a condominium swiming pool. Resort with 8000 m2 for only 30 appartms. Quite and famylial ambiance.
All services: supermarket, comercial center, doctor, car rental, biciclet rental at less 100 mtrs.
Beach with Red Crow from U. E. with wite and clean sands and all services.

(regarding a stay in July 2010)
The house has a beautiful location and is close to one of the best beaches I have been to. The building is surrounded by beautifully planted gardens and the style is typical, yet modern and clean. The terrace has a nice shadow most of the day and it is plenty of garden to enjoy the sun. The inside has a high celing, that helps to controll temperature. The furniture and kitchen appliances er OK but needs renovation soon. The surroundings are quiet, BUT there is some noise from "entertainment" evenings at nearby hotels somes days. The house is close to several resaturants that serves local fish at a reasonable price.
