Charming ibicenco style country house villa 4 double bad rooms with sweming pool 10x5m.2. The villa is located : just a few minutes drive from the coast 5 min drive from the beach sea (Platja es figueral). High wooden celings, white thick walls, simple furniture.

The villa from Santa Gertrud is 5 km only its --- 8 min driving. there are alot of bars/restaurants but not within walking distance of the villa you need to drive only 4-5 min from the villa is.

There is only three double bedrooms, but people can sleep in the big sofa-bed in the living room....and we can put for you another 2 single bed in the main bedroom if you ask me to do it. There is 4 double bedrooms,

In a peaceful privileged location, only 4 km outside Sta. Eulalia, the villa is a perfect place to relax and is also an ideal base for touring the island.

* And I will let you know at once, when the monies have been received. The payment for the villa -country house will be due on youre arrival to Ibiza in cash. To book the villa country house you should transfer to my bank account a deposit of 500 euros.

* The payment of the deposit money can be done either through paypal or bank transference

* Such deposit will be returned to you on the day you leave, provided everything is ok with the house The people staying in the country house can leave the country house at 13:00 on the leaving day but on the arriving day the time the people can go inside the house is subjected to the time i need to make the house clean and ready for them. I ask your understanding and patience on your arriving day.
