* The logs for the fireplace and for the barbecue are free.

* There is available a baby bed.

* There are available 5 bicycles for the enthusiasts.

* When you confirm your lease, you'll have to pay 40 % of the total amount.

* On the months of July, August until 04/September, the renting is charged per week and the entrances and exits are only on Saturdays.

* The entrance to the house is done after 16:30 h and the exit is until 13:30 h.
