The accommodation

Summer apartment (studio flat) 10 metres from the sea
The Summer apartment is in the part of the complex nearest to the sea. Its terrace is less than 10 metres from the sea and you can hear the sound of the waves from the apartment.
It is about 32 square metres, and has a 6 square metre terrace with a table and 2 chairs. The apartment consists of a bathroom with shower, kitchenette, 1 double bed and 1 parking place in the garage.
The apartment offers free internet connection, a plasma TV with digital and satellite channels, and independently controlled air conditioning.
The apartment provides the following for 2 people:
kitchenette: fridge, 4-ring electric hob with fibreglass plates, dishwasher, microwave oven, crockery, glasses, pots and pans, coffee maker, table linen, clothes rack and all necessary cooking facilities bedroom: sheets, pillows, blankets bathroom: towels, hairdryer, courtesy toiletry set (soap, shampoo, shower foam), for the beach: sun loungers and umbrella.
Sleeps up to 2 people, no pets allowed.

The holiday apartment complex is called ”Residence Europa” and was reconstructed from the former Hotel Europa, in Marina Aurisina (better known as Le Ginestre).
The complex overlooks the sea, and is 2 km from Sistiana, 14 km from the centre of Trieste, 2 km from the Venezia-Trieste and Udine-Trieste motorway exit, 8 km from Castello di Miramare and 4 km from Duino castle. The apartment complex was completed in 2010 with elegant furnishings and every comfort. But what makes the complex really special is the large private beach (over 160 metres long).
The beach is for the exclusive use of apartment guests, a unique feature.
The apartment complex stands in an oasis of greenery, sea, peace and tranquillity, where the only sound you can hear is the breaking of the waves on the shore.

Activities and attractions

The private beach can be reached directly from the apartments

The complex has its own large private beach, which can be reached directly from the apartments and is for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. This allows guests to enjoy a rare tranquillity even in the busiest months (July and August).
The beach is 160 metres long and is beautifully maintained and surrounded by trees and vegetation. Part of the beach is covered with wooden boarding and part with small pebbles. Next to the beach is a large natural pool of shallow sea water, ideal for children.
There are toilets and hot and cold showers at various points of the beach and 2 lifeguards are on duty for the safety of all guests. Sunbeds and umbrellas are also provided, so guests only need to bring a towel.
The crystal clear, transparent water of the deep blue sea along the coast where the apartments are situated is irresistible, enticing you in for a cool and relaxing dip.
