Villa for 8-10 people only 300 meters from the beach

This property is definitely one of the best we have used. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of space for everyone to find some relaxing time. Roca and Josep were extremely nice and welcoming. Carla was an excellent help translating and making herself available for any querie we had. The location really suited us with 3 teenager and one child being near the beach, shop etc. We hired bikes and this gave us great freedom. The whole property is spotless. If I was really critical I would say it would help having A/C in the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is a bit dated and it's layout a bit difficult to get around. However it had everything you need. I had brought cleaning items with me but didn't need to after all. The area itself is very safe and quiet, lots of privacy . The roller shutters on the windows are excellent for blocking out any early morning sun. We loved the whole holiday as it met all our criteria. We would definitely return.

We stayed at this house for a week in June 2018. We landed and arrived early but were met promptly by Roca and Carla (to help translate!) The house is exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is in a lovely quiet area close to a large Spa shop and Lidl. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size, but the master bedroom and en suite bathroom was especially nice. The outside area is large with plenty of outside seating. The swimming pool is lovely. We swam every day. The location of the house is fabulous, halfway between the centre of Cambrils with its long promenade, beach and marina and the old town. We would definitely recommend anyone to visit the old town of Cambrils with its beautiful old streets and gorgeous restaurants and local bars. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and we will definitely return. Thank you again to Josep, Roca and Carla.

We stayed at this villa from 24 July to 31 July. The standard of the accommodation was extremely high - excellent furnishings, everything you would require and more. There are 4 bedrooms with 3 ensuite - the master bedroom ensuite was very large, with sunken Jacuzzi bath, and a separate dressing room. Outside there is a pool, and a number of different areas to sit and eat, with plenty of seats, tables etc. The owners were exceptionally friendly - as they were not fluent in English, and unfortunately our Spanish is very poor, they arranged for an English speaking friend to be present when showing us the villa. We had some teething problems with their alarm system (our fault !), and as it was being monitored externally by alarm company, they had no problem calling up to us to ensure we were ok, and to show us how to properly use alarm.The location is wonderful - a quiet residential area only 2/3 minutes walk from a supermarket, perhaps 5 minutes to the beach and a wonderful selection of bars, restaurants etc. Cambrils itself is a lovely town - ideal for families or those seeking a relaxing holiday. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property to any person, and indeed are already looking forward to staying there again next year.
