Very sunny apartament for 2/4 people in a private estate, located in the second floor of the building wonderful for winter season Fuly equipped.
Nice views to the sea and the mountains. Close to a commercial center, suppermarket and Beach Club. Few minutes to two golf courses, Garrucha and Mojacar villages.

Good location,best terrace and balcony positioning for sun from rise to set.Reserved parking space well appreciated.All amenities are within walking distance.The complex is gated (one for cars but numerous pedestrian gates).
