The accommodation

Villa Julia is an excellent villa placed on the bottom of a volcano with amazing views and at less of 2 km from Playa Blanca village centre.

Inside the house you will enjoy a nice lounge-dining room with air conditioner, It has a satellite TV with Smart TV, Netflix (it is necessary to be a user to access the application), and Wi-Fi, and from the living room there is direct access to the pool. From the outside area, you can get access to the modern and well equipped kitchen, being very useful for having an eye on the kids while you are preparing the snack or a tasty meal.

The bedrooms are very comfortable. The main room have a king size bed with en suite bathroom and air conditioner. The others two, are twins bedrooms and they share the second bathroom.

The villa is surrounded of gardens and among them you will meet the private heated swimming pool, sun beds and a long porch where enjoy a BBQ or an outside meal.

Therefore, the villa offer free WiFi and garage.

Setting

Villa Julia Playa Blanca is in town, the sunniest and further south, has many fine beaches of golden sand and calm waters and a beautiful promenade that stretches from "Pechiguera Lighthouse" Lighthouse "Port of Marina Rubicon" port , and is lined with a variety of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes wonderful.

There are two ports: "Playa Blanca" port, which still retains the atmosphere of a small fishing community and once "Marina Rubicon" port where you can find luxurious yachts and sailing events creating such as transatlantic races, fishing competitions, regattas , surf competitions, sailing courses, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, etc.

There is also a craft market held in the "Marina Rubicon", on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here you can buy the usual range of leather goods, clothing and souvenirs.

The harbor is surrounded by a selection of upscale shops and fine restaurants.
Tranquil golden sandy beaches are provided by the "Flamingo Beach" and "Playa Dorada" complex and popular beaches of "Playas de Papagayo", where you can enjoy the sun, water sports or simply stroll.

There are 4 "Playas de Papagayo" beaches and are located in a natural conservation area. These are pristine and undeveloped beaches with breathtaking caves, turquoise waters and fine golden sand.
