An independent apartment , surrounded by a large private garden. Contemporary architecture, built in 2006. Overlooking olive groves and offering lovely sunsets. Located between Gines and Espartinas, in the Aljarafe, a privileged district for its light and scenery, close to Seville.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay in the lower apartment at Roalcao 19 very much. We arrived here from the U.S. in August and stayed for most of September. We loved the garden, which is large, beautiful and very well maintained. We really enjoyed eating dinners outside. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. The apartments are clean and new, well built and maintained, compact and comfortable. The hosts are just wonderful, so welcoming and hospitable, and extremely helpful with all of our many questions. They speak great English also. We took the metro into Seville, and drove on some trips to Italica and up into the mountains and generally got to know the area (Aljarafe). This was a great place to come home to after a day on the road. Highly recommended.

We spent some days here after our wedding. We had a very nice time. The apparment is very nice and the garden is beautiful. Carlos is an excellent host! I hope I will return soon. It's nice to stay close to the center of Seville, but have the advantage of the tranquility of the 'campo'!
