Loft Apartment inspired environment (home in New York, 50 years). Space and light with few divisions that encourages calm. Is a social phenomenon that translates into a way of life and high art.

Apartment is functional, but without sacrificing comfort. In it, we innovated and released rules already established, as well vanguardism defines our respect not only rule was no rule.

Apartment close to the railway station, well connected, at 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian zone and therefore area attractions and shopping.

The building has elevators. Its description in terms of equipment is exactly the same as mentioned in the flats above, with some exceptions. The apartment has three rooms (inspired loft), thus its maximum capacity is 7 people, with two double beds, a sofa bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.
