The apartment is located within the Fiesta-Park complex, with only 24 units, quiet place with communal pool and garden and next to the beach of Cala en Forcat.

It has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with all cooking utensils, two-door fridge, oven, microwave, two-ring ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils, dining room with sofa-bed for two more people and terrace or balcony.

Among its main services we must highlight the community pool with children section, WIFI internet free of charge and the easy free parking next to the complex,.

It is perfectly located, only about 70 meters. from the beach of Cala en Forcat, very close to the viewpoint of Cala en Blanes to see the sea, Mallorca or the sunset and just 4 km from the historic and cultural center of Ciutadella.

In the area there are 4 small beaches, that of Cala en Forcat, Cala en Blanes, Calas Picas and Cala en Brut.

There is a responsible person to help both in matters related to the apartment and to inform of places of interest, where to eat or what virgin beaches to visit. Map of the island is provided upon arrival.

In the area there are all king of business, bars, restaurants, shops.... an small aquacenter and well comunicated with the main town of Ciutadella by bus.
