The accommodation

This is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment. There is a fully stocked kitchen with cooker and microwave. It also includes ironing board and iron, washing machine, TV, DVD/CD player and stereo system. The master bedroom is on-suite and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed and a new cot.

The apartment has its own private covered parking place. This is secure and access is controlled by a barrier.

There is a private swimming pool that has a safe childrens area and a jacuzzi. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance. There is a local bus service but a car is recommended. There is also a 9 hole (par 3) golf course a short walk away, with a driving range and cafe. The local beach is Veneziola beach on the shore of the Mar Menor and is less than a two minute walk away. The Mar Menor is perfect for swimming and water sports as it's waters are warm and shallow and very safe for children.

Setting

The apartment is towards the end of La Manga strip in an area called Veneziola.

Activities and attractions

There are around half a dozen bars and restaurants locally as well as some supermarkets. A wider choice of restaurants can be found at the Marina around 2Km away.
