The owner´s comments
Perfect place to rest, practice golf and water sports. This is a very quiet area, but at the same time is quite near from Denia and Gandia (10 Km) where you will find all kind of leisure activities.
This is a brand new apartment. Ideal for children, as you will be to watch out for them while they play in the communal garden, or enjoy in the swimming pool with childen's area.
There is a private parking space in the garage. The beach and the golf course are within walking distance.
