The owner´s comments
Las Brisas is a newly completed development situated on a hill overlooking the town of Puerto de Mazarron. This lovely penthouse apartment is on the top (3rd) floor, has a large private roof terrace, and benefits from stunning views of the mountain ranges that surround the bay of Mazarron.
The beach, shops, bars and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. The penthouse is furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style and is spacious, light and airy. There is an underground car park with a lift direct to your door.
This is a perfect apartment to either spend the week relaxing, or from which to explore the beautiful local area.
