The accommodation

Luxury apartment in Novo Sancti Petri, in a gated community, very quiet and ideal for children family atmosphere. It is within the golf course "Las Lomas" and very close to Barrosa beach. Magnificent urbanization has 2 swimming pools (just for summer months), for adults and children, paddle tennis, private parking within the development (with total safety for the car), and large gardens. It has private wifi (just in summer months) and public wifi in development public areas, but dependent on the number of users already connected and activity.

The apt features:

The car is parked right in front of the apartment, in a ground floor, with terrace on one side (to leave things for the beach) and garden on the other, with a dining area and a relaxation area. Therefore, the input / output is very convenient and fast to go to the beach (about 5 minutes drive).

Just 1000m from several beach areas belonging to the beach of La Barrosa (beach in Chiclana de la Frontera - Cádiz), with very good parking all summer, even in the month of August (higher season).

Surrounded by a golf course, in quiet area (no traffic nearby) but with easy access from the entrance to Novo Sancti Petri, from the highway from Cadiz to Algeciras.

Activities and attractions

Close to other two golf courses and equestrian centers that organize equine routes.
An hour drive to Tarifa, windsurfing and kitesurfing center, city from leaving excursions to the Strait of Gibraltar to view whales and dolphins.

Less than an hour from cities with tourist and gastronomic attractions as Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Cádiz, Jerez de la Frontera, etc., and less than thirty minutes from magnificent beach areas in Conil de la Frontera, El Palmar, Zahora, Zahara de los Atunes, etc. And just beyond, Bolonia, Tarifa, etc.
One hour and half is Algeciras, and just fifteen minutes beyond the Rock of Gibraltar, shopping center freeport prices.
