Cosy new appartment in the center of the city. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (the living room was converted into a bedroom), independent kitchen tottaly equiped and bathroom with bathtub.
Ideal for couple with two children or 2 couples.- Setting
It is situated 3min on foot from best know square "Aliados", with metro station near (Trindade Metro Station), supermarket, pharmacy, coffe shop, shopping center 10 min walking, night area 10min walking.

(regarding a stay in April 2010)
Thought it was one of the best places I've been to. Was surprised at how clean, spacious and nice it was. Owner was great and helpful as well. Close to main station and within walking distance of many sites.

I really liked this apartment but thought it was a little cold at times and definitely needed a heater I just didn't want to buy one as I wouldn't be able to take it home with me. Personally I think the owner should get a bigger freezer as I thought the one supplied was very small and not sufficient for some types of food. Besides those 2 minor details. The apartment is lovely. I would like to stay here again without a doubt. It's location is very ideal. I don't know what else to say so I will end my opinion with a, Thank you Ana Rita I enjoyed staying here and hope to stay here again in 2010 :).

The flat is really close to the center, is new and clean and comfortable.we didn't have any kind of problem..we advice this flat...thanks to AnaRita.Ciao from Pisa Italy!!!
