WELCOME TO ARVILLA'S HOUSES. Residential complex surrounded by greenery. We are located 9 km from Cefalù, 250 meters from the beach.
ALSO IDEAL FOR 2 FAMILIES. Free wi-fi zone, private parking space, barbecue.

In a fenced area, with private gate, bright and comfortable 70m2 villa with garden, located on the ground floor as follows: large veranda equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue; Inside: Kitchen, living room-dining room (with 2 sofa beds), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (complete with shower), shower also external.
In addition, private parking space inside the residence for our guest.

You will have: wi-fi internet connection, 2 air conditioners, mosquito nets, safe, barbecue, coffee maker, American coffee maker, kettle, microwave, private parking space inside the residence, umbrella for the beach, cot and seat for babies, iron and board ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer and all kitchen utensils.

Setting

Conceived and designed to spend pleasant holidays, full of reasons to never get bored, easy to reach the Sicilian beauties with the motorway entrance only about 4 km away.
- IN THE SURROUNDING AREA: Bar, pub, restaurant, pizzeria, minimarket, supermarkets, train station, petrol station, clothing shops. Furthermore, 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront with beautiful beaches and lots of entertainment.
- In the surrounding villages, markets and various festivals are held on different days with a thousand tastings of the typical and local products of our land. Remember that Sicily is also FOOD :)
