The owner´s comments
This apartment is on the top floor of a three floor building, so there are no direct neighbours, like in an individual house. Lots of light in all rooms and various terraces to take advantage of the "nearly permanent" sunshine.
Beautiful view over the Bay of Cádiz and the marina of Puerto Sherry. Watchman service.

(regarding a stay in August 2010)
Good and cosy place where you find almost everything you need @ a unique location. Beautifull view over the see and habour and everything really nearby. Nice walks possible and the house offers the luxury you have @ home. The fact that you live on the "th floor gives you the pro of the view but you need to walk up. A "must have" if you want to stay in the neighbourhood.

Great accommodation and very homely, fantastic views over the Marina and only 5 mins walk to the local beach, although there are better beaches 5/10 mins drive away. Get out an explore it is a fantastic area of Spain. Wonderful owners, they can not do enough for you.
