Villa Miramar is housed on a plot of 1800 m2, surrounded by a well kept garden.

The well sized swimming pool (8 x 5 metres) can be heated on request. This wonderful villa is beautifully decorated and equipped to the highest standard. Air conditioning in all rooms and living area. Located within the prestigious Quinta da Balaia, not far from Albufeira and the lovely beach of Santa Eulália.

Standard occupancy – 8 people / Maximum occupancy – 10 people (for example 6 adults / 4 children or 8 adults / 2 children).

Inside, lower floor:
1 twin room with ensuite bathroom, 1 service toilet, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

Inside, upper floor:
1 double room with ensuite bathroom, 1 twin room, terrace with outside furniture & sea “glimpse”, 1 twin (bunk bed) room.

Outside:
Well kept flowerbeds and garden areas all around the villa, terrace area with table and chairs for “Al Fresco” dining, BBQ, sunloungers, swimming pool and shower. Alarm. Private parking spot.
