The house is in front of the clubhouse Golf Costa Ballena, surrounded by gardens and own golf course.

The beach, 500m walk from the housing, extends along 7 km. And is limited by natural dunes making it one of the best beaches in Cadiz.

It has bike paths that leads to the beach and runs through Costa Ballena, extending to Sanlucar de barrameda and to Chipiona.

All Costa Ballena is built with maximum 3 heights and respecting the 150-200 m. away to sea unbuilt. It is a quiet and familiar urbanization.

Access:
By plane from the international airport of Jerez de la Frontera (25Km) and from Seville (100 km), by train to Jerez de la Frontera or Puerto de Santamaria (20Km), and by bus Socibus in Costa Ballena

It is 6km. to Chipiona village, 9 km. to Rota, 11km. toSanlucar de Barrameda, 20 Km. from the port of Santa Maria and 25 km from Jerez, which has numerous entertainment venues nearby.
