The duplex apartments are located inside the Solmar Shopping Centre, which means you can benefit from its facilities – coffee-shops, supermarket, restaurants, fashion shops, travel agency, car rental, cinema, wireless Internet – as well as from being in the centre of Ponta Delgada and very close to the countryside.

Comfortable, spacious and modern, each of these duplex apartments has two bedrooms with twin beds (you can put in an extra single bed for kids up to 12 years old, no extra charge), bathroom with shower and hair-drier, fully-equipped kitchen, washing/drying machine, and living room with cable TV; twice a week, the apartments are cleaned, and the bed linen and towels are renewed.

From the two balconies you can enjoy a charming view of the Marina, the modern cruise ship pier, and admire the blue and green palette that defines the Azorean landscape.
