The accommodation

Beautiful country villa, with garden & lovely views.The structure combines the beauty of traditional stone work and materials with modern interior design creating an harmonic blend of old and new and consists of three houses that can join or form separate dwellings.

At 230 square meters the main house is very spacious and airy with a kitchen, dining room for 8/10, large living quarters, outdoor portico with dining table and garden. All 3 bedrooms are exquisitely furnished with comfort and beauty in mind and have private baths.

The annexe house, at 75 square meters, is very cosy and chic with 1 exquisitely furnished matrimonial bedroom, bathroom, kitchen-dining for 4, living room with sofa-bed, outdoor portico with dining table, lounge area and garden.

The garden house, at 55 m2, very charming litlle house, with kitchen-dining and living room downstairs, bathroom, and a matrimonial bedroom in mezzanine. Garden with table and chairs.

Setting

Located in Sotosalbos, charming and picturesque small stone village, the villa has spectacular views of the mountains and the beautiful romanesque XII century church opposite the house.

At only 100 Km from Madrid, our area is very atractive for people looking for the peace of real countryside, very charming villages and good typical restaurants. Nearby Sotosalbos, 18 km, is the monumental city of Segovia, World Heritage, with Roman Aqueduct, Cathedral, Alcázar, Jewish quarter, Barrio de San Marcos and many Romanesque churches and monasteries, a delight to walk and discover. ..

Also at 18 km is the medieval village of Pedraza, walled and emblazoned houses, beautiful .. This same distance is Turegano, with medieval castle and La Granja de San Ildefonso, with the Palace made built by King Philip V, with Versailles style gardens, and the Royal Glass Factory.

At 35 km is the medieval town of Sepulveda and the Natural Park of the River Duratón canyon, a protected area of stunning scenery. From Sotosalbos start a series of rural roads to enter the fields for relaxing walks, enjoying the scenery and tranquility.

In our surroundings may also be visited the following attractions: Cave of the Enebralejos (Prádena), route of Romanesque churches, Riofrio palace, El Chorro park (Sierra de Navafría), route of medieval castles.
