N.B. Pets are not allowed;
It is not allowed to organize banquets / family reunions in order not to disturb the peace of other guests in the next apartment and those on the upper floor; (have the common sense)
Loud music is not allowed respecting the public peace and tranquility of the people. Especially during the time slots: in the period from 1st June to 30th September from 12.00 to 15.30, from 22.00 to 8.00 later;
in the period from 1 October to 31 May from 12.00 to 15.00, from 22.00 to 8.00 following;
public holidays: from 12.00 to 15.30, from 19.00 to 9.00 later;
