Two bathrooms, one lavatory, living room (750 square feet), four bedrooms. Spacious kitchen with counter overlooking sitting room. Glass doors overlooking sea. Two verandas, barbecue, chimney, garden (8600 square feet) with year round gardener, swimming pool, two car garage.
