Beautiful apartment for 4 - 6 guests, with shared pool and at only 350 meters from Oliva Nova beach.The cosy balcony of this apartment becomes the perfect scenery to have a delicious breakfast before spending the day to the full. For it, there you have the shared chlorine pool of the facility, 9 x 4 m large and a depth of 1.9 m, or the beach, situated only 350 meters away. Imagine being able to decide at the moment whether to enjoy one plan or another.

This 2nd floor apartment, with elevator, welcome you with an open stay that unifies the kitchen with the living-dining room, which has air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooktop and a little bar with two stools that reaches you to the living-dining room, where you can lunch all together and then rest while watching TV. Right here, there are also the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. In terms of rest, there are two bedrooms with wardrobe and radiator, one boasting a double bed as well as an en-suite bathtub bathroom and, the other one, is provided with two single beds. For the extra guests, we can prepare you a comfortable sofa-bed, as well as a cot and a high chair for a baby. The accommodation is completed with a second shower bathroom.

Oliva Nova is ideal in case you are looking for fun, thus you can enjoy the sun and swimming in its large fine sand beach, do water sports, visit the equestrian centre of Oliva Nova or its golf course, among many other things. Moreover, there are endless bars, restaurants and much more. The entertainment is guaranteed.

The pool is open from 1st June to 30th September.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
