Our detached villa is surrounded by a green garden(total 1850m2).
The villa is fully equipped:
The layout of the villa is as follows: entrance, hall,cozy living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, gas hob, fridge, freezer, hood, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sinks and toilet.
Advanced guesthouse with private entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms,, tiled floor and doors opening to private patio.
All rooms are air conditioned.
There is a swimming pool (9x4m) with panoramic sea views.
The porche is cool in summers and with the wooden beamed ceiling very atmospheric.
There is also an outdoor kitchen, with bar, barbecue and terrace.
A beautiful place to enjoy endless.

The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with shaded terraces and with enough garden furniture. and a fully enclosed plot (very private).

The center of La Fuma Coveta is a 2 minutes drive away where the shops, bars, international restaurants and supermarket are located.
The fishing village of Campello is just 5 minutes drive, with a beautiful harbor, many restaurants, shops and bars.
Several golf courses in the immediate vicinity such as; Bonalba, El Plantio and Alenda Golf.
The coastline has an abundance of beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, fishing, jet skiing or sailing.
There are many local markets, good wine and delicious tapas of course!

Maison spacieuse et très agréable avec ses terrasses et sa piscine. Néanmoins la plage à 100 mètre n'est pas pratiquable il y a beaucoup d'algues. Donc la plage la plus proche se trouve à El Campello à 6 Km environ. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques.

Estimado inquilino,
Sentimos que no haya encontrado la cala más cercana a la vivienda en las mejores condiciones. Efectivamente, cuando sopla "levante" el mar trae algas a la playa, pero esto es algo que nosotros, como propietarios no podemos evitar. En cualquier caso, a pocos metros de esta cala existen más calitas (más resguardadas) que no presentan problema de algas cuando sopla levante (tomamos nota para dar esta información a los próximos
inquilinos). Muchas gracias, en cualquier caso, por sus comentarios.

me ha gustado muchisimo la casa ,es ideal para dos familias puesto que pueden estar independientes,el jardin estupendo amplio, la sra que lo alquila encantadora.espero volver pronto.
