Villa situated in a private condominium, built in 2007.
* Total of 25 villas, with 2 common pools (one exclusively for children), gardens, barbeque and private parking. The villa is composed by 2 bedrooms, one bedroom have pool view. Bathroom with hidromassage bath and other with shower. Air condicioner in bedrooms and living room. Kitchenette all equipped. 1500 meters from the beach and golf.
Ideal complex for families who are looking for peace and rest. Easy access to Albufeira - tourism city (6km) and 2 km from Armação de Pêra. Familiar ambient. Teenagers groups are not welcome.
