A recently built house, situated in Lezama, in the Ayala Valley. Here, you will be able to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the large cities and at the same time be very close to these urban centres: Vitoria is 25 minutes away and Bilbao is also 25 minutes away (the Guggenheim, Palacio Euskalduna, Exhibition Centre).

We (4 parents, 3 kids) stayed for 1week in August 2011. Bad items are: - Unfortunately we were disappointed about our privacy at the house. On the website it was not mentioned that the owner and his family/friends also live in the house (at the poolside). So no full privacy.- the bedrooms for the guests are located at the backside of the house.- We think that 1680 euro per week is too expensive, because guests do not have full privacy.- The kitchen in the basement is old. the kitchenoven and microwave are old.- not enough garden furniture for all guests.- the bedroom in basement is smelly and moistly.- The living room and kitchen are too small for potential 14 guests.- the tenniscourt is damaged. Nice items are: - the bedrooms are very big and beautiful. - Nice swimmingpool. - beautiful area for hiking and biking.

The house is in a stunning location with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen lacks several basic items: an oven (there was only a small grill oven for pizzas),a kettle, corkscrew(!), glasses, decent chopping boards, iron & board. The lounge lacks comfy chairs/sofas. No local information file/folder. One sofa only - very old and covered in cat fur balls. Outdoor furniture next to the house would've been useful. The old cat was clearly 'at home' and lots of encouragement didn't keep it away! needed a really good clean - especially the kitchen. No 'guest comment book' - a very expensive rental - to be honest, we expected " top notch" stuff for the money!

Had a lovely time- lovely house and big rooms and use of garden and tennis court.Owner lives in other part of house - but not really there when we visited and had sole use of gargen etc. v relaxing location and beautiful
