Maro is a picturesque village of Costa del Sol, close to famous Nerja caves, in Almijara Natural Park and Maro – Cerro, and just 3 Km from Nerja. Málaga is about 50 km away and Granada is 110 Km from this village.
Enjoy the tranquillity and practice your favourite sports in this beautiful place.

(regarding a stay in September 2010)
Great little apartment fully equipped. Views from terrace are stunning. Only fault was the fact that the kettle, when switched on, blew the fuse, which has to be reset. Therefore saucepan used for making tea. Terrace area and plunge pool excellent, except for Sunday night, when it was hogged by a noisy group of teenagers, causing us to seek refuge in the bar down the road. The owner, Pepe, is a very nice man, courteous and friendly, no English however, but for those who have no Spanish, his wife does speak English to a degree. Good value for money, clean, well equipped, and a delight to stay there. Was sad to leave. Maro a nice Spanish village.
