Magnificent apartment with one double and two couches. Located 70 m from the beach, is Bright - Spacious - Modern - 2 beautiful pools - Garden, 15. 000m2 - Hob - 2 air conditioners (living room and bedroom) - terrace and private solarium (40m2 total). Well equipped kitchen - Serviced optional - optional cot - Cleaning optional extras.

There is a bus station 10 meters from the apartments. Is a direct line to Ciutadella. By road it takes 10 minutes to Ciutadella. A 100 m of a medical center - 500 m sports yacht center - There is good public transport links.

Miguel Pont the owener of our accomodation was extremely helpful meeting us at the appartment after a late flight, The appartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, The grounds are well kept with lovely flowers and trees, Two lovely pools which our two children 12 and 9 really enjoyed one a lovely size for swimming lengths, the beach is so close you are 2 mins walk and lovely restaurants near by both at the beach and just outside the main entrance a Cuban Restaurant, 5 mins stroll to harbour and Cala n Bosch beach. This would suit couples and families looking for quiet peaceful accomodation (some noise from Sol Falco Hotel.) If you are looking for bars and bingo on site this is not for you. We loved it and would go back Son Xorigeur is fab.
