The accommodation

Our fabulous 100m2 apartment is very comfortable and bright; ideal for a family or a group of friends. From the balcony you can enjoy meals with the most beautiful views to the sea and the Olympic Port. Only a short walk from the beach.

Walking access: right next to the metro // 5 minutes to the beach // 8 minutes to a shopping mall that has cinemas (english version), restaurants, shops and a gym // 5 minutes to lots of restaurants by the sea side.

By metro: 3 stops to las ramblas and the gothic quarter // 2 stops to el born, the cathedral, picasso museum, main shopping street 'passeig de gracia' and plaça catalunya. // 5 stops to sagrada familia // 6 stops to parc guell and montjuic.

Setting

This apartment is located in a nice and quiet area called Vila Olímpica, place that accommodates the athletes in the Olympic Games in 1992.

The building is located next to the Ciutadella Park, the Zoo and the Gothic Quarter. At just 200 meters there are the best beaches in Barcelona. We also can find at just 200m the Casino of Barcelona and numerous bars, restaurants and Pubs.

This 100 m2 apartment has on single room and three double rooms on of which is en suite, all with large exterior windows and two fully equipped bathrooms. The 40 m2 living room offers magnificent views over the see and the Twin Towers of Barcelona.

This very bright apartment includes both heating and AC system in all of its rooms.Built in the 2000 it has two lifts and a modern and sophisticated design.
