Semidetached of 135 sq.m. in private area witch swiminng pool and paddle court.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor , kitchen, utility room, bathroom and spaciosus lounge with dinnng area for 6 people. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms, one is a suite with separate bathroom and courtyard.
The beach is only a 5 minute walk and rowing boat crossing from the house. There are several golf corses nearby.
El Rompido is an ideal holliday destination on the south coast of Spain, in Andalucia, near Portugal (Algarve). Seville is one hour and fifteen minutes by car.
