(regarding a stay in August 2011)
good- location, terrace, quite area.
not so good- 4 flights of narrow stairs, floor not cleaned properly (our feet were black after 10 mins)
all in all worth the money, you get what you pay for but a little more attention to cleaning would be nice.

(regarding a stay in June 2010)
It`s a little apartment, small rooms, but charming. We didn´t miss anything in the kitchen equipment, the sanitary was clean an everything works well. The terrace was a wonderful silent place with view.
The housekeeper is a very friendly person. We would come back again ...

Nice geographic location; Near to all facillities and historic points of interest.
Small apartment but relatively cheap when compared to the prices practiced in Cádiz and it is fully equiped.
Pleasant balcony to have meals and enjoy the view.
