Arenal d'en Castell is 20 Km away from Mahon which owns an international airport. There is regular bus service, shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, drugstore, bank, car and boat rentals…

The beach is shell shaped with gold sand and crystal waters. This beach has BLUE FLAG category.

This beautiful bay is ideal to relax and practice your favourite sports: windsurf, diving, jet ski, golf, sailing…

The house is located in a private fenced complex called “Villas Castellosa” which owns 4 2 floors houses.

There is an independent accommodation on each floor. La Buganvilla is located on the ground floor.

It owns 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, solarium, large terraces and 2 private parking spaces.

The house has air-conditioned and heating.

It also enjoys a beautiful porch that surrounds the house, very nice to have your lunch outside.
Also a private garden of some 500 square meters.
