4-room villa 275 m2 on 3 levels, south-east facing position, simple and practical furnishings: living room with open fireplace. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room 25 m2 (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). On the lower ground floor: (outdoor steps), 1 room with 1 french bed and cable-TV. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave) with shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). Exit to the balcony. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed and satellite-TV. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Gas heating. Large terrace 35 m2. Deck chairs (2). Very nice view of the sea, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. The villa consists of a ground floor of 83 m2, upper floor of 67 m2 and a studio with separate access (outside).

Urb. Vallpineda: Villa, 3 storeys, built in 1992. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Sitges, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. Private: grounds 718 m2, garden with lawn 375 m2, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (15 x 9 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Outside shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking space n 3 in the grounds. Shop 1 km, grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sitges" 2 km. Golf course 3.5 km, tennis 1 km. The keyholder offers transfer from the airport of Barcelona to Sitges at a fee of 50 Euros oneway to be pained to the keyholder (Please call in advance in order to arrange).
