The Villa is located between orange tree farms next to the Guadiaro River in the town of San Martin del Tesorillo very close to Sotogrande, the beach, Estepona, Gibraltar, San Roque, Natural Parks"...

In the vicinity are the best golf course in Spain where major championships are held, as is the golf course "Valderrama."

Also you can found the golf courses, there Polo fields, tennis, horse riding, archery, all sorts of water sports, Paint-Ball, Karting, Climbing, Trekking & Mountaineering among others.

The plot covers an area of 1,900 m2 of which 120 m2 are built.

The Villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with fireplace, all bedrooms have double bed and wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hall 45 m2 with fireplace, air conditioning and heat pump, TV TFT 42".
