One bedroom apartment, totally refurbished with a combination of modern and old style using quality materials.
Double bed 135x190m with memory foam mattress plus sofa bed for 2 people.
Air conditioning (hot and cold) and underfloor heating.
Flatscreen HD TV plus satellite channels.
FULLY FITTED KITCHEN, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine on the large communal terrace, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
HYDROMASSAGE SHOWER.
Symbolic and listed building in the historic and artistic district from 1872, original door from the 19th Century (impressive wooden detailing).
Refurbishing started in 2008 and completed the end of 2009 retaining the original and historic elements.
PRIVILEGED LOCATION, situated in the heart of the old town of Villajoyosa (Alicante) on the Calle Dr. José Maria Esquerdo no. 1 on the first line of the beach. Public secure parking at 10 metres or outdoor parking at 200m.
