Penthouse apartment 1st line seaside Port Saplaya

The accommodation

Wonderful duplex penthouse, with WiFi and car park. Min stay 3 nights and also 2 nights at the weekends (Fridays and Saturdays).
Almost all the rooms are on the first floor: living room, a terrace used for dinning room, kitchen with a door connected to the terrace (very useful for the service), main room with a 150 cm bed, two complete bathrooms and a twin-bedded with 90 cm beds. You walk up to the second floor through a spiral stair and there is a twin-bedded with 90 cm beds and a 40 m2 terrace. It is a bright, fresh and well aired flat and very practical. There is also a shared swimming pool included in the price in July and August.

Setting

The flat is located in the north beach of Port Saplaya. It is a special place for its little harbour. Apartments have been built around this harbour pretending to be Venize. Many bars and restaurants are in this area. Services like outpatient's clinic, chemist's, newsstand, Church and little store very close to the flat for bread, fruit, eggs, etc. There is also a shopping mall, located 1km from the flat and you can go walking as well.
The north beach of Port Saplaya is a quiet place, wonderful for children and nights are not noisy at all. If you want more movement, you can go walking to the south beach, at the other side of the harbour where the shopping centre is located.
Port Saplaya is 5 minutes driving through a small motorway to Valencia. There are also buses to the city and other towns.

Activities and attractions

Port Saplaya is very close to Valencia. Buses and taxis drive you every day to Alboraya town and to Valencia city. Valencia is a wonderful city with a nice and lively inner centre and a modern zone full of cultural activities. The underground connects almost all the city. Alboraya is a famous place for its "horchata and fartons" that you can taste in Horchatería Daniel.
In Port Saplaya, and in front of your terrace, you can enjoy a public swimming pool with a bar that organises activities for children: summer school, swimming pool courses, surf (starting this summer); a surf school in the little harbour that offers weekly courses for children and adults; a little playground; bicycles could be rented and you could cycle along the promenade to Valencia's seaside.
