A luxury bungalow with lots of light and superb views of the sand dunes and beaches of Maspalomas, with its own private garden.
* An exquisite decoration, which is modern and in a minimalistic style, offering all the electronic comforts, a small winery, panoramic TV screen, DVD, hi-fi, laptop computer and free Internet access. Automated lights, curtains and store curtain control.
A very exclusive, peaceful and small estate, with a heated pool and large garden area.

Everything about this lovely bungalow is perfect. The design is just as the title says exquisite! We felt at home from the moment we arrived.
The equipment in the kitchen is amazing. We did not miss anything. Plenty of everything. We have rented several houses on Gran Canaria but this is outstanding.
The contact with the owner was fast and easy. The local contact, Ernst, couldn't have made us feel more welcome and taken care of.
The only problem with the house might be that you don't want to leave...

Villa is very well furnished with high quality furniture and electronics. It is obvious that the owner decision was to have everything the best in his home. This home was not built for rent by non expensive efforts using IKEA. The PC, bicycle is available and included into price. The pool is almost private due to only few neighbours. Villa has very good library. Villa is not directly on the beach it needs a little work or the best is to use bicycle. Ideal for a couple with 2children.

It´s a very, very nice place, a luxury bungalow. Very quite, there was only other couple in the complex. It´s increible at dusk. I really recommend it.
